Static and mobile guarding is one of the core services being provided by the Company. More than 5000 guards are deployed in the length and breadth of Pakistan to the satisfaction of more than 200 discerning clients which include reputed multinational and national corporations, government organization, embassies and offices. |

Source. As a policy the Company employs only retired military personnel who are smart, alert and trained in use of weapons. Civilian guards are employed only if required by the customer. The Company has its own training system for providing its personnel necessary perspective and skills to perform their duties efficiently in prevailing environment in populated areas. |

Screening. Askari Guards employs a vigorous recruiting and screening mechanism that allows us to offer reliable and professional personnel to our valued clients. The screening process comprises clearance from police, army record office, NADRA and previous employers. |

Remuneration . All employees of the company are paid decent wages commensurate to their qualifications and experience. Hourly overtime is paid in case they perform duty over and above their prescribed duty hours. All personnel are registered with Employees Old age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Employees Social Security Institution (ESSI) and insurance coverage with a leading insurance company of the country. |

Benefits. Where the customers cannot provide suitable accommodation, the Company provides boarding and lodging to its employees. Since all the security staff is ex-military and registered with EOBI/ESSI, they are entitled to medical care from local military hospital and nearest EOBI/ESSI hospital or dispensary. In addition to the military pension, they also entitled to disability benefits and superannuation pension from EOBI. |
